Unveiling a symphony of intrigue and musical mastery, Sony LIV presents Chamak. Breaking the barriers, Chamak becomes the first Indian web series, boasting a record-breaking collection of 28 soul-stirring songs crafted by 14 esteemed maestros. The inaugural chapter, featuring 15 spellbinding tracks, includes iconic melodies such as Mat Maari, Aas Lagi Hai, Edar Odar, Dhamak London, Chal Uth Kaale, Velvet, Sunn Zindagi Ka Sangeet, Kangi Wava, Jaave Yara (Song of Pain), Main Meera Main Deewani, Gattar Bandey, Khairaat reprise, Tota Puri, Ganda Banda and Khairaat, promising an unforgettable auditory odyssey.

Chamak follows the story of Kaala, a young aspiring rapper who comes back to Punjab from Canada and unravels the death of Taara Singh, the legendary singer who was shot dead in the midst of a performance. What follows is non-stop action as Kaala steers his way through the underbelly of the Punjab music industry—through politics, business feuds and family history.
Created and directed by Rohit Jugraj Chauhan, the series is produced by Geetanjali Mehelwa Chauhan, Rohit Jugraj Chauhan and Sumeet Dubey. Chamak features an ensemble star cast including Paramvir Singh Cheema, Manoj Pahwa, Gippy Grewal, Mohit Malik, Isha Talwar, Mukesh Chhabra, Prince Kanwaljit Singh, Suvinder (Vicky) Pal, Akasa Singh.
